Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Please allow 24 hours after your order has been placed for processing, excluding weekends.
All orders placed on Friday after 5 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.
All shipping costs are calculated based upon the weight of the packaged order
USPS Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days.
USPS Priority Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days.
USPS Priority Delivery Time: Overnight
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.​
Please note, 7EMPRESS LLC​ is not responsible for lost of stolen packages. The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued. Please confirm that you entered all of the correct information for shipping purposes.

REFUND POLICY:
No refunds or exchanges, STORE CREDIT ONLY.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
7EMPRESS LLC does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.
Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, make up, odor, any fragrances, deodorant, or wear.
All sale items are final sale.
Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your returned item(s) to be processed.
Damaged, incorrect or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery. In this instance, we will send you a return label and have the correct item(s) sent to you. In the event that we do not have the item (s) in stock we will issue you store credit.
