Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

  • Please allow 24 hours after your order has been placed for processing, excluding weekends.

  • All orders placed on Friday after 5 p.m. PST will begin processing on the following Monday.

  • All shipping costs are calculated based upon the weight of the packaged order

  • USPS Standard Delivery Time: 2 to 8 business days.

  • USPS Priority Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days.

  • USPS Priority Delivery Time: Overnight

  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.​

Please note, 7EMPRESS LLC​ is not responsible for lost of stolen packages.  The customer assumes all responsibility once a tracking number is issued.  Please confirm that you entered all of the correct information for shipping purposes.

REFUND POLICY:

  • No refunds or exchanges, STORE CREDIT ONLY.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • 7EMPRESS LLC does not provide pre-paid return labels; you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return.

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.

  • Items must be free of stains, make up, odor, any fragrances, deodorant, or wear.

  • All sale items are final sale.

  • Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your returned item(s) to be processed.

  • Damaged, incorrect or defective items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.  In this instance, we will send you a return label and have the correct item(s) sent to you.  In the event that we do not have the item (s) in stock we will issue you store credit.
